It seems that if the ongoing (sigh) pandemic has taught us anything, it's that people are even more reluctant than ever to experiment with their hair color, whether at home or in newly reopened salons. This winter, there is no shortage of options for those who want to be daring, as well as for those who prefer a pretty, more conventional shade of color.
