For Any Romantic Wedding in France

PR Professional Sophie married Company Director Andrew on 7th September this past year.

Their big day was filled with effortless, elegant touches which a wonderful bucolic French countryside vibe. We're incredibly proud of our member and, was chosen to document this beautiful day in the gorgeous, documentary and storytelling style.

The bridesmaids were kitted out in chic, simple slip blush bridesmaid dresses.

"We tailored them slightly to make sure they were an ideal fit. I bought all of the bridesmaid's delicate gold diamond necklaces to put on your day."

Sophie's dress was a unique design in the feeltimes dresses.

"I wanted something modern, timeless, and never super traditional. I loved the gown I finally chose because it had been flattering (I could eat drink around I wanted without worrying about looking/feeling bloated), it had been different to anything I'd seen before – but it had been still timeless."

"I also wanted something which felt top quality, which did! It was quite heavy, however, it look light and flowy. The thing I loved most about it had been the detail, from the waist down it had been layered / ruffle tulle. It was quite girly for me, but I loved it and felt great in it at the time."

"Andrew and I met at Leeds Festival, summertime of 2008. Neither person had planned on being there, therefore it almost felt like it had been meant to become."

"Andrew proposed in my experience in 2018, he surprised me having a trip to Whistler, Canada for the annual ski trip. After our first day trip on the slopes, we returned to the hotel coupled with a swim in the outdoor pool. We had a glass of champagne in the hot tub, whilst the snow was falling – it had been a really beautiful setting. When we arrived at our room, the (in room) fire was roaring there was a gorgeous bouquet of roses along with a bottle of champagne waiting for me."

"I thought it must've been an earlier treat as a birthday gift (which is at 2 days). However, after several minutes he got recorded on one knee and presented me most abundant a perfect ring."

"We were engaged in Feb 2018, and married in Sept 2019, so we're engaged approximately a year along with a half before our wedding. We would have been pleased with a 1-year engagement, but desired to get married within September."

"It has been my dream since I involved eight years of age, to get married in a Chateau in France. As a family, we are accustomed to Kayak on the Dordogne and I would explain at the Chateaus and tell my parents I would get married in one of these, eventually. So it had been more of my 'vision', than the usual specific inspiration."

"I knew I wanted my flowers to become neutral so went for whites and greens, and I wanted our stationery to possess a modern feel – we attempted to stay away from anything looking too 'traditional', without it being 'faddy' or handmade. Then the remaining into was influenced through the surroundings, the gorgeous gardens and also the stunning french countryside."

"George, our page boy, wore just a little white blue striped short suit."

The bride's father accompanied her on the aisle towards the sound of Etta James' 'At Last'.

Words of Wedded Wisdom

"Take a break on your special day to just sit together with your new husband/wife and take it all in. Don't worry an excessive amount about speaking with every single guest, you'll not have the chance to have fun otherwise."
