Risk and control analyst Kirsten and data scientist Henry wed on 1st June 2018 in the beautiful grade II listed venue at London's Trinity Buoy Wharf.
"We literally couldn't be happier with every photo from your wedding day. They were beyond our expectations! We were lucky enough to know Claudia before I was engaged and we knew immediately that they had to be the photographer for the wedding. On a professional level, Claudia is the greatest."
"She was able to capture all of the special moments during the day and these are what we should treasure probably the most for the rest of our way of life. On a personal level, she's one of the nicest people we have now met. She wasn't just our wedding photographer, she became a friend which is why is special."
"I honestly thought I would try on the dress that I would like and didn't necessarily think I would experience 'the one moment, however, if I tried around the Beaumont dress I fell instantly in love and knew it had been exactly what I was searching for. The most fun thing about it had been the tie straps which moved around when I was dancing! I was also excited that there was the choice to accessorize the gown and I added a lace overlay which I wore for that ceremony and reception, then removed it for that party at night."
After meeting at the office almost six years back, Henry proposed during one November date night, using the pair then giving themselves an 18-month long engagement to be able to plan the large day.
"Henry and I met on a work challenge day nearly 6 years back! We spent eventually running around London making ourselves seem like fools and the rest is, as the saying goes, history! I had some indication Henry would propose soon. We were built with a big holiday planned that is where I thought it might happen but little did I know that Henry had other plans." Here
"We have date night Wednesdays every week; nothing too fancy, only one night per week where both of us make no plans so that people get to invest some quality time together. I came home around the last Wednesday in November to some 'date night treasure hunt' sign-up on our door. As I walked into our home, Henry had made arrows out of all of my favorite things across the floor or more our stairs."
"Even at this time (and stupidly), I didn't realize that which was happening. I went upstairs into our bedroom and Henry was recorded on one knee asking me to marry him. I think I was still in shock so answered something across the lines of 'what are you currently doing?!'. He then asked again and I said YES. Needless to say, it had been the BEST date night we now have ever had!"
Kirsten's bridesmaids wore navy blue bridesmaid dresses along with a little mini Flo comb to match her very own.
The bride's nephew was handed the important role of page-boy and honored the occasion inside a page-boy outfit, accessorized having a pair of shoes.
"As our favors, we provided shots in mini capped jars that also doubled up as seat names. All individual parts were ordered separately, therefore, we made them ourselves at home and we also designed all of our wedding stationery, using to print everything."
"I just really loved all of our big days. Surprisingly, as it had been the part I was most nervous about, I would need to say our ceremony was my favorite part of the day. I loved marriage to Henry encompassed by all of our family and friends. Henry would say probably the most epic and memorable part was the ceremony, then it had been amazing to see all of our friends using a great time partying away."
Words Of Wedded Wisdom
"It seems like such a cliché but enjoys every moment of your big day. As everyone says, your day does go quick so take several moments throughout your day to stop and take everything in."
